Is BELONG insurance?
No. BELONG is a direct health care membership. Your monthly or annual fee gives you included services and member pricing at Ultrahealth locations.
Who can join a family membership?
The primary member, their spouse and their dependents living in the same household. Each plan states the maximum number of people it covers.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry automatically and let you know. Benefits stay active during a short grace period so you can update your card.
Can I see prices before my visit?
Yes. Search the member fee schedule by service or CPT code here on the website, in the portal or in the app.
